**IAMOPS is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience across various aspects of marketing, including content production, B2B Lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Development, and digital marketing strategies. If you have completed at least one internship and are passionate about building your career in marketing, we’d love to meet you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- LinkedIn Sales Development: Support in generating leads through LinkedIn by identifying prospects, sending outreach messages, and nurturing connections to build relationships.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients to assist in marketing strategy development.
- Analytics & Reporting: Assist in analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing insights for optimization.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the team to create and schedule posts, and engage with followers on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
- SEO Support: Assist in optimizing web content for search engines to increase organic traffic.

**Requirements**:

- Completed at least one internship in marketing or a related field.
- Strong writing skills with experience in content creation for various platforms.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn as a professional networking and lead generation tool.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic CRM systems is a plus

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
