As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for making calls to insurance companies to follow-up on pending claims. We are looking for people with excellent spoken English skills, preferably with experience in accounts receivable and denial management processes.

**Job Requirements -**

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

- Excellent communication skills in English,
- Prior experience in an International Call Center is an advantage, but not compulsory,
- Flexibility to work in continuous night shifts (US office timings),
- Fast learner with the ability to talk to people effectively, and adapt well to different situations for meeting operational goals,
- Basic working knowledge of computers,
- Degree/diploma in arts or sciences without any current arrears. BTech, BE, MBA, MCA and other professional courses will not be considered, as this is an entry level KPO position.
- Training will be provided on US Healthcare RCM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
