**Job Title: Associate - Data Quality** **Career Level - C2** **Introduction to role**: **Accountabilities**: As an Associate - Data Quality, you will be responsible for setting up data quality analysis, conducting routine assessments, supporting comprehensive report generation, resolving data issues, monitoring potential data issues for resolution, and supporting the documentation of relevant data solutions. You will be proactive in identifying potential data issues using data quality reporting tools, system reconciliations, and direct data analysis. **Essential Skills/Experience**: - Background in data analysis and issue investigation in a complex data and system environment. - Good understanding of data quality and data management principles. - Proficient with SQL/Databricks. - Proactive, analytical, and investigative mindset. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Desirable Skills/Experience**: - Experience with digital, multi-channel, and omni-channel marketing. - Pharmaceutical business awareness/business domain knowledge. - Experience using data quality profiling and monitoring tools. - Experience of working in a complex global organization. - Data catalogue solutions e.g., Collibra.
