**Position: Sales Executive / Career Advisor**
Company Name : Helix Tech IT Solution Inc.
Working Day : Monday to Friday
Working Timing : US Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Actively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Provide personalized career guidance and advice to job seekers, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
