**Job Description for Inside Sales Executuive**:

- **Lead Generation & Sales**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and pitch relevant SaaS solutions.
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demos and highlight key features of the solution.
- Maintain a strong follow-up schedule to convert leads into customers.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with customers over the phone and provide information regarding our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide tailored solutions and help close sales deals effectively.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Report on sales progress and share insights with management.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in lead generation, sales calls, and SaaS solution selling.
- Knowledge of solution sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Hindi (added advantage).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in SaaS sales or similar product-based industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
