**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and benefits.
- Develop and prepare high-quality sales presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials to support the sales team. Customize presentations based on client needs and property specifications.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s property portfolio, market trends, and competitive landscape. Stay updated on new developments, property features, and pricing strategies.
- Assess and qualify incoming leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria. Provide initial responses to inquiries and set up meetings or property viewings as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals and contracts. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and meets client expectations.
**Profile Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience of 2-5 years in a pre-sales or sales support role within the real estate sector is preferred. Familiarity with real estate markets and sales processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex property details clearly.
