Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
- Develop curriculum to meet developmental goals and instructional activities.
- Prepare lesson materials, grade papers, manage the classroom, and evaluate and give feedback to students.
- Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students in the classroom and on the school campus
- Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
- Adhere and implement school adopted curriculum and activities
- Preparing for assigned classes and providing lessons at designated times.
- Integrating suitable use of technology.
- Establishing a developmentally appropriate, positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that is conducive to learning.
- Exercise open and respectful communication with families, co
- workers, supervisors, and other school staff
- Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
- Plan and implement educational activities and events.
- Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and term report cards.
- Attend and organize parent-teacher meetings or gatherings.
- Evaluate and document students’ progress.
- Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests.
- Attend conferences and workshops in order to further advance professional development.
- Manage student behavior in accordance with outlined school policies & guidelines.

WHAT WE SEEK?
- Bachelor or Master in Education compulsory
- 3-4 years of teaching experience in school affiliated to recognized board of India
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships effectively and professionally with families and students
- Experience developing and implementing curriculum
- Proven ability to maintain a safe and studious classroom environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
