We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to join our team at Lexicon Kids. As an Assistant Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to support the lead teacher in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for young children. You will work closely with the lead teacher to facilitate various activities and educational programs, ensuring the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of the children in your care. This role requires patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Lead Teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Supervise and engage children during class and playtime.
- Assist with daily routines and encourage independence.
- Foster children's development through interactive activities.
- Reinforce positive behavioral and discipline strategies.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress.
- Keep accurate records of students' development and behavior's.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
