**Videography**:

- Plan, shoot, and capture engaging video content for various social media channels.
- Operate camera equipment, set up lighting, and manage audio to produce high-quality footage.
- Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard content ideas.

**Editing**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, ensuring quality in pacing, audio, transitions, and effects.
- Tailor videos for different social media platforms and formats, creating both long and short-form content as needed.
- Incorporate visual effects, text overlays, color correction, music, and sound effects to enhance viewer engagement.

**Content Optimization**:

- Adapt video content to meet the specific needs and format requirements of each platform.

**Collaboration**:

- Work with social media managers, designers, and other team members to align with brand voice and style guidelines.
- Receive feedback and make necessary revisions to ensure the final product aligns with brand standards and project goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: At least 1 year of experience in videography and video editing, particularly for social media content. A portfolio or sample of past work is required.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
- Experience with mobile video editing apps is a plus.

**Creative Skills**:

- Strong storytelling abilities and visual sense to capture and edit engaging content.
- Ability to add visual flair through transitions, effects, and music to match platform-specific trends.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in both shooting and editing.
- Time Management: Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines, sometimes with short turnarounds.
- Knowledge of Social Media: Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook & YouTube formats, best practices, and trends.
