Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Manage front desk duties, including signing in visitors and issuing visitor badges.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments (e.g., filing, photocopying, data entry).
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and place orders as needed.
- Assist with general office tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
