**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Search for potential clients on various online platforms (Freelance sites, B2B portals, etc.) such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
- **Proposal Writing**: Write well-structured proposals and quotes based on client requirements, highlighting our expertise in web development.
- **Client Communication**: Handle initial client inquiries, clarify project details, and build a rapport to initiate the business relationship.
- **Bid Management**: Monitor and manage bids on various platforms to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor services, and best practices in web development.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the project managers and developers to understand project scope, timelines, and client requirements.
- **Negotiation**: Help in negotiating project terms, budgets, and timelines while maintaining a professional relationship with clients.
- **Feedback Analysis**: Collect feedback from clients to improve future proposals and bids.
- **Learning and Development**: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge in business development and web technologies.

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh Graduate** or 0-1 years of experience in online bidding or sales.
- Basic understanding of **web development technologies** (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS like WordPress, and frameworks like React or Laravel).
- Strong **written and verbal communication skills** to effectively interact with clients and teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the changing demands of the industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online bidding platforms.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for business development.
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
