**Customer Support Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Guide customers with project details, processes, and service offerings.
- Resolve issues, escalate when required, and ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain records in CRM and support sales/operations teams.
- Ensure excellent customer experience at every interaction.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream (freshers can apply).
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Customer-focused with patience and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge (training will be provided).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
