**Job Summary**: We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The Video Editor will be responsible for crafting high-quality video content that aligns with our clients' brand strategies and resonates with their target audiences. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong storytelling abilities, and proficiency in video editing software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Video Production:

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce video content that aligns with clients' brand strategies and marketing goals.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Ensure the final product is visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and meets the highest quality standards.
- Creative Development:

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for video projects.
- Develop and implement innovative video editing techniques to enhance the visual storytelling experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in video editing and digital media.
- Project Management:

- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with other team members, including graphic designers, copywriters, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for each project.
- Technical Expertise:

- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) to edit and enhance video content.
- Perform color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics as needed to enhance the overall quality of videos.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video production and editing.
- Client Collaboration:

- Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and preferences for video content.
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions into the final video product.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality videos that meet their expectations and requirements.
- Quality Control:

- Conduct thorough reviews of edited videos to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the final product.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a brand development or marketing agency.(minimum 1 year and max 2 years)
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.
- Excellent Visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects and creative work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
