Job Description Company Description The Blue Owl Project is a video editing company specializing in high-quality, performance-driven short-form content for brands, agencies, and creators. Using a scalable and AI-assisted workflow, we provide tailored video solutions for social media, paid advertising, and brand storytelling. Our combination of creativity, automation, and data-driven insights ensures every video aligns with both creative and business goals. We work with DTC brands, marketing teams, and influencers to deliver impactful, engaging visuals designed to drive measurable results. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. Video Editor based in Pune. The Video Editor will be responsible for - Creating and producing visually engaging videos, editing raw footage, and ensuring high-quality post-production outcomes. - Tasks will include adding motion graphics and collaborating with team members to develop content that meets both creative and performance-driven objectives. - Quality check and project hand-off to Sr. Video Editor Attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency will be key in this role. Qualifications - Video Production and Video Editing skills - Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics - Knowledge of Graphics and ability to create cohesive designs within video projects - Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools - Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Understanding of short-form content demands and trends in social media platforms - (Optional)A bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field is preferred - Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is a must
