Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. Video Editor based in Pune. The Video Editor will be responsible for - Creating and producing visually engaging videos, editing raw footage, and ensuring high-quality post-production outcomes. - Tasks will include adding motion graphics and collaborating with team members to develop content that meets both creative and performance-driven objectives. - Quality check and project hand-off to Sr. Video Editor Attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency will be key in this role. Qualifications - Video Production and Video Editing skills - Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics - Knowledge of Graphics and ability to create cohesive designs within video projects - Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools - Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Understanding of short-form content demands and trends in social media platforms - (Optional)A bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field is preferred - Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is a must
