**Job Summary**:
As a Gym Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, members, and staff. Your primary responsibilities include greeting members, handling administrative duties, ensuring smooth gym operations, and assisting with member inquiries. You’ll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment that enhances the overall gym experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist members, providing them with information about the gym’s services, classes, and membership options.
- **Member Support**: Manage member sign-ins, handle check-ins, and help with membership renewals and inquiries.
- **Facility Coordination**: Monitor the gym equipment and report any maintenance needs to ensure all equipment is in good condition.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments for membership, merchandise, and other gym-related services.
- **Schedule Management**: Assist with booking classes and personal training sessions, and manage the gym’s calendar of activities.
- **Complaint Handling**: Address and resolve any issues or complaints from members in a professional manner.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of members, attendance, payments, and other important data.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure the gym environment adheres to safety and cleanliness standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
