We are looking for a friendly, professional, and energetic **Gym Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our members and guests at our gym in Dwarka, Delhi. As a Gym Receptionist, you will play an essential role in ensuring a welcoming environment for all members and visitors while assisting with day-to-day administrative duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist members, guests, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage check-ins and registrations for new and existing members.
- Answer phone calls, respond to queries, and provide information about gym services and memberships.
- Schedule appointments and manage the gym’s calendar.
- Ensure smooth operation of the front desk, including membership sign-ups, billing, and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Promote and upsell gym products and services to members and potential clients.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for all gym members.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Any graduate.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
