Junior Architectural Designer

**+ Job Title and Overview**

As an I **nterior Designer/Junior Architect / Livpreneur designer ( Livspace partnered)**, you play a pivotal role in transforming spaces into aesthetically pleasing and functional environments. Your creative flair, coupled with a keen understanding of design principles ,Timelines & Standards and spatial dynamics, allows you to craft interiors that not only meet the client's needs but also exceed their expectations.

**+ Essential Job Functions**

**Client Consultation**: Initiate and participate in client meetings to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for the space. Effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

**Conceptualization and Planning**: Develop innovative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans that align with the client's objectives. Consider factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints during the planning phase.

**Material and Color Selection**: Source and recommend appropriate materials, furnishings, and color schemes to enhance the overall design. Balance style preferences with practical considerations to achieve a cohesive and visually appealing result.

**Project Management**: Oversee the implementation of design projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of design plans within established timelines.

**Stay Current with Trends**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design solutions. Incorporate fresh ideas and concepts into your work to provide clients with cutting
- edge designs.

**+ Education and Experience**

**Education: A degree in Interior Design or a related field is often required.**
**Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe**
Creative Suite. Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to convey design concepts effectively to clients and project teams.

**Project Management**: Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

**+ Compensation and Benefits**

Flexible Working hours/ Work from home option can be availed upto a maximum of 5 days in a month / Paid holiday upto 2 days per month / Comp off if working on weekends.
Site visit allowances/ Outstation site visit allowances
Half yearly hike based on performance

**Working Conditions Details**

Hours of work 11:30am - 6:00pm / Weekends are working based on meetings & schedules / Comp OFF will be provided in weekdays for the same.

Overtime expectations Overtime depends on the meetings aligned and designer must be aligned to the same.

Work environment Corporate Working environment with free wifi / Pantry usage.

Travel requirements Must travel in case of site visits / Client meetings / Material selections ,purchases.

On-call responsibilities Must be active on Whatsapp Client groups as expected.

Special conditions or Ability to Work on weekends if required. _( Probation period of 1 _
requirements _month and if not e cient, team can proceed with termination )_

**+ Core Job responsibilities**

The projects are mostly associated with Livspace home interiors, Chennai, Where it requires a process of Sales pitch/ Design Phases/ Validation regulations / Standard template working.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
