Chennai Tamil Nadu, India Seven Stone Designs Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop conceptual and schematic designs based on client needs and project goals
- Produce accurate drawings, 3D models, and renderings for presentations and documentation
- Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and other team members
- Assist with zoning and building code research, permitting, and technical detailing
- Support project documentation through construction documents and specifications
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and site visits

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 1 years of professional experience in an architectural design role (preferred)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (Rhino or Enscape or Rendering Software is a plus)
- Strong graphic, visualization, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices

**Bonus if you have**:

- Familiarity with local permitting processes or construction administration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
