**Working Days**: Monday -Friday
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Call Centre Executive
- Handling inbound/outbound telephone calls, cold-calling prospects, correspondence, arranging meetings & the like.
- Day to day operational duties including client need analysis, exposure analysis, negotiations with client/underwriters, claims handling and/or any other service issue related to the Operations.
- Achieve / exceed Sales Targets through outbound Tele-sales.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Maintaining stellar working relationships with key industry persons and liaisons with local insurers and PR machinery.
- Ensure that all the activities conducted are strictly adhering to the Quality policies & procedures of the organisation.
- Any other duties in conjunction with the job profile or as may be

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,386.58 - ₹22,505.89 per month
