**Administrative Support, Global Delivery Services**
- The position is responsible for supporting billing, referral activations and CIE record administration for North America._
**Reporting Relationships**:
**Direct Reports**:
- None
**Major Responsibilities**
**Key Accountabilities**
- Review billing queue and identify referrals ready to be billed
- Ensure billable referrals are moving forward to billing, following up with Sales, Delivery and Customer Success as appropriate.
- Action CIE Engagement queue:
- Review CIE records
- Identify records which can be merged
- Follow up with Account Teams to ensure records are moving out of the queue in a timely manner
*** R**equired Experience/Characteristics**
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a corporate setting
- Administrative/coordination experience
- Excellent oral and written English
- Proficient in computer/data management skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, PPT
