Skills/Experience
- 5-10 years of Oracle Consulting experience
- 5+ years of Oracle ERP/Cloud experience with functional expertise in Oracle Cloud
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion Financials).
- Experience with business processes in Oracle Financial modules
- Exposure to global implementations with multiple ledgers and currencies is a plus
- Exposure to global tax setups for multiple countries is a plus
- Experience with how ERP works with HCM a plus
- Functional expertise in requirement gathering for multi-pillar accounts, gap analysis, solution

design, UAT/CRP/SIT etc.
- Attends implementation workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and acts as

lead for Talent and recruiting work streams
- Advisor on best practices, map business processes to deliver functionality, document
- Experience in documenting design, testing custom-developed Reports, Interface Testing, and

conversions testing
- Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely and mentor resources to a team
- Demonstrated experience in understanding of general module functionality on SCM,

Manufacturing, and Financial modules
- Understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile)

the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation

Ability to lead and mentor a team of ERP resources as they relate to best practices, new

functionality, and new compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Oracle Cloud Certification (nice to have)
- Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Cloud ERP and the overall Oracle Ecosystem
- Effective communicator with the ability to motivate teams (both internal and external) and

garner immediate respect and credibility
- Can easily assimilate into the corporate culture and become an involved member of a high
- performing team
- Strong facilitation skills in design thinking and experience in design
- Strong verbal and written executive communication skills
- Strong quantitative skills in financial analysis and business case development
- CA or CPA is not mandatory but a huge plus
