**Project Tenure: 1 Year (Extendable)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, negotiate and close commercial contracts, including but not limited to, sales, support, service, software licensing and SaaS
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales, support, sales operations, ethical compliance, regulatory, and finance as well as various business/functional units
- Understanding and working knowledge of bank guarantees and letter of credits
- Manage and ensure compliance of Financial Reporting Guideline and relevant accounting regulations.
- Keeping Records and documenting financial process
- Analyzing financial data and assisting in audit and reviews
- Coordinate with sales departments and provide support in terms of financial statements
- Reviewing financial statements and timely alignment with business and management

**Job Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience as a finance associate or in a similar role
- Good understanding of financial statements and commercial agreements
- Good knowledge and experience on working of letter of credit
- Experience in drafting, vetting and advising on commercial contracts
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Tally ERP
- Good communication skills both oral and written
