As we scale our operations, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team.- Website: https://pinscale.in/Position OverviewWe are seeking a Finance Associate to join our finance team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting functions, accounts payable, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.Key Responsibilities- Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger accuracy. - Handle accounts payable, including vendor onboarding, vendor invoice processing, timely payments, and reconciliations. - Handle accounts receivable, including customer onboarding, timely raising of invoices and bookkeeping of the same. - Maintain and organize hard copies and digital copies of invoices and supporting documentation. - Ensure proper record-keeping and systematic filing of accounts for audit and compliance, leveraging organizational skills. - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and statutory compliances (GST, TDS). - Track payment schedules and follow up to avoid delays. - Coordinate with internal teams for expense and cost management. - Provide support during statutory and internal audits. - Any other accounting or finance-related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.QualificationsEducational Qualification:- CA Intermediate Qualified / cleared Group-1, or - CMA Qualified, or - B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance/Accounting)Additional Advantage- Experience in using Zoho Books and Tally ERP. - Certifications in GST, TDS, or related compliance areas. - Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.Personal Attributes- Attention to detail and accuracy. - Good English communication skills to interact with vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills: Ability to maintain systematic records, prioritize multiple tasks, track payments, and meet deadlines effectively. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Problem-solving mindset and process-oriented approach.Compensation and Work Structure- CTC: 3L to 3.6L Per Annum - Working Days: 6 days Week
