Required purchase executive at manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities. Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with vendors.

Purchase Order Management: Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with company requirements. Ensure all orders are accurate and placed in a timely manner.

Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, and actively search for new suppliers to meet changing needs.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the inventory team, and ensure an adequate stock of raw materials and supplies for production without overstocking.

Cost Control: Ensure that purchases are within budget, and identify opportunities for cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all purchases and transactions. Prepare regular reports for management on procurement activities, expenses, and supplier performance

Qualification - Any graduation

Experience - 2-5 year
