Telecaller - Work From Home Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate and handle outbound calls to potential and existing customers with professionalism
- Leverage **sales experience** to explain products and services effectively, addressing customer needs and queries
- Demonstrate **responsibility** in maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information
- Build strong relationships with clients using **excellent communication skills** to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications & Skills:

- **Sales experience** - Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service **required**:

- **Responsibility and dedication** - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and committed to excellence
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in **English** and **Malayalam** (spoken and written)
- **Technical Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home

- Strong ability to influence and convert potential customers
- Exceptional client handling and rapport-building abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
