Telecaller - Work From Home Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate and handle outbound calls to potential and existing customers with professionalism
- Leverage **sales experience** to explain products and services effectively, addressing customer needs and queries
- Demonstrate **responsibility** in maintaining and updating customer databases with accurate information
- Build strong relationships with clients using **excellent communication skills** to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Show **dedication to work** by consistently achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for customer calls and lead generation
- Follow up with prospects promptly and ensure timely communication
- Handle client objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions using proven sales techniques

- **Sales experience** - Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service **required**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in **English** and **Malayalam** (spoken and written)
- **Technical Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
