**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced coffee, tea).
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including seasonal drinks and food offerings.
- Ensure consistent quality in every cup served.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Restock inventory and inform management of low stock levels.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Engage with customers to create a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage service preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
