**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, including product listings, promotions, pricing, and inventory management

Analyze e-commerce data and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer acquisition

Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience, including order fulfillment and returns management

Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs

**Key Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role

Technical Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills.

Other Requirements: Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
