
Property Caretaker/maintenance

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Property Maintenance**:
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform or coordinate necessary repairs, landscaping, and upkeep tasks.
- Ensure that all facilities and amenities are in good working condition.
**2. Groundskeeping**:
- Maintain the landscaping, including lawn care, tree and shrub maintenance, and irrigation system oversight.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized landscaping services.
**3. Security**:
- Implement security measures to safeguard the property and its assets.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities to appropriate authorities.
- Ensure that security systems are functioning properly.
**4. Tenant and Guest Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and guests regarding property-related concerns.
- Address inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
**5. Emergency Response**:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and take necessary actions to ensure the safety of occupants and the property.
**6. Regular Reporting**:
- Provide regular reports to property owners or management on the condition of the property and any ongoing maintenance or security issues.
**7. Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including repairs, inspections, and vendor interactions.
**8. Budget Management**:
- Assist in developing and managing budgets for property maintenance and security needs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of services.
**9. Vendor Coordination**:
- Liaise with contractors, service providers, and vendors for maintenance and repair projects.
- Obtain competitive bids for services and ensure timely completion of projects.
**10. Compliance**:
- Ensure that the property complies with all relevant local regulations and safety standards.
- Stay informed about changes in property-related laws and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional vocational or technical training is a plus.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift/move heavy objects as required for property maintenance tasks.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
