Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This includes ensuring the property is well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, rent is collected, and the property operates efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations:
- Market vacant properties and screen prospective tenants.
- Execute lease agreements and ensure lease terms are upheld.
- Handle tenant complaints, disputes, and service requests.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and evictions as necessary.
- Financial Management:
- Collect rent and other property-related income.
- Prepare budgets, financial statements, and expense reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
- Authorize and track property-related expenses.
- Maintenance & Repairs:
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Ensure the property complies with safety and health regulations.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports for property owners or stakeholders.
- Oversee staff such as maintenance workers, security personnel, or leasing agents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
