The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This includes ensuring the property is well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, rent is collected, and the property operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Relations:
  • Market vacant properties and screen prospective tenants.
  • Execute lease agreements and ensure lease terms are upheld.
  • Handle tenant complaints, disputes, and service requests.
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and evictions as necessary.
  • Financial Management:
  • Collect rent and other property-related income.
  • Prepare budgets, financial statements, and expense reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
  • Authorize and track property-related expenses.
  • Maintenance & Repairs:
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Ensure the property complies with safety and health regulations.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial documents.
  • Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports for property owners or stakeholders.
  • Oversee staff such as maintenance workers, security personnel, or leasing agents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
