**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction sites. The role involves coordinating with the project team, ensuring work quality, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor all on-site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress tracking, and documentation.
- Manage resources, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Communicate project updates to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Freshers can apply

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (timings may vary based on project needs).

**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).

**Benefits**:

- Performance-based incentives
