A civil supervisor, also known as a site supervisor, manages the construction process and has many responsibilities, including:

- **Managing projects**: Overseeing the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- **Coordinating workers**: Directing the activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- **Ensuring safety**: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications
- **Educating employees**: Teaching employees on safety practices
- **Overseeing progress**: Overseeing project progress, milestones, and schedules
- **Checking work quality**: Ensuring that work meets quality standards
- **Interpreting blueprints**: Analyzing and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to ensure that construction is to specifications

Civil supervisors also need to have good communication skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills:

- **Communication**Good communication can lead to excellent results, as it brings clarity and helps the construction team be more productive.
- **Leadership**Civil supervisors need to be able to guide their team towards achieving the goals of a construction project.
- **Problem-solving**Civil supervisors need to be able to solve problems, which can be simple or large and complex.
- **Time-management**Civil supervisors need to be able to prioritize and allocate duties.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
