**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate room assignments and schedules for residents.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain clean rooms.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and order as needed.
- Inspect rooms regularly to ensure safety standards.
- Address and resolve resident complaints promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with maintenance team for repairs and upkeep.
