**A Hybrid working model**

Once offices are fully open we will be moving to a hybrid working model, which will allow our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. **Responsibilities**:

- Update product imagery and UI elements in Photoshop comps, and output web graphics
- Structure Photoshop comps to optimize efficient production design and localization

workflows using slices, smart objects, and layer comps
- Work closely with producers, traffic, development, publishing, and international teams to

meet project goals and ensure efficient file handoffs for localization
- Review final webpages with an exacting eye, ensuring that graphics and layouts are flawless
- Support training of newer team members.

**Requirements**:
- 3+ years' experience in a hands-on, high-volume web environment (or equivalent)
- Photoshop expertise, particularly setting up files for web production and adhering to graphic design standards
- Highly detail oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel

Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Establishes rapport and collaborates easily with designers and web developers
- Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
