Productivity Monitoring Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and Analyze Production Data: Gather data on production volumes, cycle times, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

2. Monitor Production Floor Activities: Observe and record production floor activities to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

3. Identify and Address Bottlenecks: Analyze data and observations to identify bottlenecks and constraints in the production process, and work with production teams to address these issues.

4. Develop and Implement Productivity Improvement Plans: Create and implement plans to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.

5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement changes and improvements.

6. Provide Regular Progress Reports: Provide regular reports to management on productivity improvements, challenges, and areas for further improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science,, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a productivity or operations role.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

5. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Kaizen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
