**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- **Space Planning**: Develop space plans that optimize the use of space, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
- **Design Conceptualization**: Create design concepts, including color schemes, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material selections.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and quality.
- **Sourcing**: Select and source furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with the design concept and budget.
- **Presentations**: Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and mood boards to clients.
- **Documentation**: Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented correctly and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
- Certification from a recognized interior design organization (e.g., NCIDQ, ASID).
- Experience with 3D rendering software.
