**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and create innovative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and corporate spaces.
- Develop detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, materials, and furniture choices.
- Utilize design software such as **CAD**, **3ds Max**, **SketchUp**, and **Lumion** to create 2D and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure designs align with client preferences, budgets, and project timelines.
- Oversee onsite implementation, ensuring designs are accurately executed.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to procure materials and ensure timely project completion.
- Provide onsite supervision and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Regularly communicate with clients and project managers to update on progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare presentations and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively to clients.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in **CAD**, **2D design**, **3ds Max**, **SketchUp**, and **Lumion**.
- Experience with **onsite supervision** to oversee the implementation of design concepts.
- Strong creativity, with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with architects, contractors, and clients.
- Good communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Malayalam**.
**Education**:
- A degree or diploma in **Interior Design**, **Architecture**, or related fields.
