**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Use innovative and student-centric teaching methodologies.
- Assess students’ progress through tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
- Encourage a culture of curiosity, discipline, and continuous learning.
- Maintain an inclusive, safe, and positive classroom environment.
- Coordinate with other teachers, parents, and school staff as needed.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and faculty meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in modern teaching aids and classroom technology.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Knowledge of digital tools for remote/hybrid teaching.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
