**Job Title**: Pre-Primary Teacher
**Location**: CSSWS School, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lessons in foundational concepts, language, numeracy, and values for children aged 3-6 years.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Prepare lesson plans, reports, and maintain student records as per CBSE and school guidelines.
- Organize co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for holistic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to adapt learning strategies as needed.
- Support the school in maintaining discipline and positive classroom management.

**Qualifications (As per CBSE Norms)**:

- Minimum 10+2 (Senior Secondary) with at least 50% marks and Certificate/Diploma in Pre-primary/Early Childhood Teacher Training (from a recognized institute, 1-2 years program) **OR**:

- Graduate degree with Diploma/Certificate/Post Graduate Diploma in Pre-Primary/Early Childhood Education/Human Development/Home Science **OR**:

- B.El.Ed. (Bachelor of Elementary Education) / B.Ed. (with specialization in Early Childhood/Pre-Primary Education) **OR**:

- Three years post-qualification experience in the relevant field is desirable.
