**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our educational programs, admissions process, and available resources.
- Provide personalized counseling sessions to students to assess their educational goals, interests, and academic needs, and offer appropriate guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions, financial aid, and academic advising, to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and communications using our CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge of educational trends and best practices.
- Assist in organizing and conducting virtual events, such as webinars and information sessions, to engage prospective students and promote our institution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven work experience as a counselor, advisor, or in a similar role within the education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to serving students' needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Knowledge of educational policies, procedures, and regulations preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
