**Job description for Account Executive / Data feeder -**

**Account Executive Responsibilities**
- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Manage office administration and monetary transactions.
- Monitoring and enforcing financial compliance procedures.
- Generate financial reports and present them to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze discrepancies in budget and financial performance.
- Develop and improve internal accounting procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of external audits.
- Manage account payables and receivables processes.
- Record and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy.

**Account Executive Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Must have Tally ERP 9.0.
- Have 0-1 year of experience.
- Understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Progressive experience in accounting and revenue recognition with a strong understanding of global accounting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability to change priorities and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Pay**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month / Depend on Interview

**As per Govt. norms PF, ESIC, PT applicable**
