**Work Hours**: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as **Freight Broker Trainees**. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in comprehensive training to understand the freight brokerage industry, transportation regulations, and industry-specific tools.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and carriers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Manage and review shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Address and resolve transportation issues, providing excellent customer service.
- Analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize freight movement.
