Responsibilities:
1. Preventative maintenance of all equipment and machinery in accordance with Department
Head’s recommendations.
2. Resolve operational or technical equipment problems to minimize processing/manufacturing
interruptions resulting from equipment breakdowns/failures
3. Complete tasks assigned on the basis of priority
4. Ensure mechanical work is performed in accordance with safety requirements
5. To carry out Maintenance of all types of pumps with mechanical seal, Blowers, Rectors &
other rotary equipment.
6. Ensure that machinery breakdown time is minimized.
7. Good in maintaining safety during any maintenance jobs and understanding of the safety
procedures.
8. Maintain a schedule of machinery maintenance of all equipment.
9. Keep a check on chemical storage area for any kinds of leaks etc.
10. Monitor tank rooms and chemical area of foam production.
11. Ensure machinery, pumps, storage tanks and chemical storage areas maintained stringently.
12. Managing the manpower for an optimum production.

Authorities:
1. Report plant defects to supervisors when found.
2. Report any safety breaches to supervisors.
3. Technical Information exchange

Accountabilities:
1. Information exchange regarding equipment problems
2. Machinery maintenance
3. Machinery Breakdown

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
