Position Overview

Autodesk Consulting is seeking a talented Project Associate. You will assist and support project managers for our consulting services engagements with our enterprise customers to ensure they maximise the value from their investment in Autodesk technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting sales and business development by writing and/or reviewing proposals, writing scopes of work, and developing delivery estimates and resource requirements for the solution
- Supporting business teams by preparing/reviewing consulting contracts
- Tracking projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters
- Supporting revenue recognition process
- Owning and managing subcontracting processes
- Tracking project account payables
- Preparing program progress reports
- Managing project documents, reports and other relevant documents for project tracking and management
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and project control tools utilising standard PM and PSA software
- Complying with internal reporting standards and practices
- Developing strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintaining effective communication channels

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within an IT-related field
- PMP / PMI qualified or equivalent
- Hands-on experience in using MS Project or any other Project Management Tools
- Ability to review and write scopes of work and project-related documentation and develop and present presentations
- Experience in consulting or service delivery to architect and design solutions based on business requirements
- A strong sense of ownership with a bias for action
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player

Preferred Qualifications
- Should have a good understanding on IT project lifecycle
- Should have a good understanding of project financials
- Should have a good understanding of project contracting and its implications
- Should have a good understanding of project vendor management
- Should have knowledge of vendor management
- Should understand accounts payables and accounts receivables
- Should have working experience in consulting project tracking and reporting
- Should have a good understanding of work breakdown structures and project run rates
