Type : Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business requirements and design efficient, scalable data models.
- Develop and maintain data models that support real-time data processing and analytics.
- Optimize data models for performance, ensuring quick access to information and mínimal latency.
- Lead the end-to-end data modeling process, from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Architects to ensure seamless integration and alignment of data models with overall architecture.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in data modeling best practices to junior team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+years of proven experience in designing and implementing data models for large-scale deployments with real-time data.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and languages (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin, SQL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of database management systems, both traditional and NoSQL.
- Experience collaborating with Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines for real-time data processing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective data models.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
