**Responsibilities**:

- This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities
- The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
- Implements and follows through Employees Recognition Programs, i.e. Innovation Award, Honesty Award. Ensures a high level of employees delighting activities within the department.
- Maintain strong relationship and goodwill with all employees. Personally handle complaints and counseling. Ensure high level of recovery from unhappy incidences concerning employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
