Kolkata, India Anytime Fitness Gym Full time

The Maintenance Manager should ensure the gym is in good repair. They are responsible for overall gym upkeep, project execution, and keeping tools and spare parts organized.

Important Requirements - Must have own Bike/Scooty

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete maintenance tasks, e.g., simple plumbing, changing bulbs, minor repairs, replacing filters, etc.
- Minor tech repairs such as sound system, internet, and computer system issues
- Ensure maintenance items are identified, reported, logged, and completed
- Schedule and manage specialty repairs when needed, i.e., call a plumber, electrician, etc.
- Take inventory of and re-stock replacement parts for equipment as needed.
- Maintain and keep tools organized.
- Perform monthly inspections of the facility.
- Do preventative maintenance of facility equipment including office equipment
- Manage housekeeping staff

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 per month
