**The Role**

Designs and develops technology strategy offering collaterals and customer deliverable presentations according to Kyndryl and/or customer brand guidelines. Excellent storytellers, able to combine language and visuals to ensure information is presented clearly and concisely. Skilled in graphic design, writing, and information design. Works at the skeleton and surface levels.

Shapes information and narratives to create meaningful, accessible, and effective communication across channels. Through strategic thinking and creative execution, transform complex ideas into clear, purposeful content that resonates with target audiences. Crafts a unified image for Enterprise Technology Services across Kyndryl Consult and multiple touchpoints. Touchpoints may be customer deliverables, collaboration platforms, web, social and other digital media.

Conducts research to understand user needs, craft messaging that aligns with business goals, and design content systems that scale.

Blends analytical thinking with creative expression to deliver the right message, to the right audience, through the right medium, at the right time.

Their work drives engagement, supports user needs, and enables seamless experiences across touchpoints.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 8+ years experience and applied work in specific industry vertical(s) (e.g., retail or transportation)
- Experience in enterprise worlds with knowledge and experience in IT industry
- You may also specialize in Content Strategy and Design, Conversation Design, Technical Writing and Video
**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Required Education - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent portfolioPreferred Education - BA and related specialized training or equivalent experience
