We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller with a proven track record in selling educational courses, website design and development services, digital marketing packages, or dealing with vendors. If you excel in communication, enjoy engaging with people, and have a flair for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell educational courses, website design and development services, or digital marketing packages.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to generate interest and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service in relevant industries such as education, digital marketing, or web development.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
