**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** UI Design**: Design engaging user interfaces with a particular focus on data visualizations, ensuring clarity and usability.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Obsess over the details of interaction, visual, and motion design to ensure a seamless and polished user experience.
- ** Requirement Definition**: Collaborate with product managers to define and refine design requirements, ensuring they are effectively translated into design solutions.
- ** Feedback & Improvement**: Ship, measure, and iteratively improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback from users and stakeholders.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers to ensure the implementation of pixel-perfect designs, maintaining design integrity throughout the development process.
- ** Design Tools**: Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or other visual design software to create and refine design assets.
- ** Communication**: Exhibit excellent communication skills, clearly articulating design decisions and rationales to stakeholders and team members.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or other visual design software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and data visualizations.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Excellent attention to detail in interaction, visual, and motion design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
