Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with instructional design team to develop English language courses and learning materials for diverse audiences.
- Design and develop instructional content, including lesson plans, assessments, and interactive activities, to enhance language learning outcomes.
- Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to identify learning objectives and design appropriate instructional strategies.
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems to create and deliver online English language courses.
- Review and evaluate existing course materials for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness, and make necessary revisions as needed.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English language teaching and instructional design to continuously improve learning experiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English language teaching, linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in English language instruction, preferably in a digital learning environment.
- Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
